Helmet Artwork Design Competition 2010

The competition, open to all students in NSW, aims to increase awareness about helmet use by asking students to design the artwork for a new bicycle helmet – the design must stand out from the crowd – using colours and creative flair!

New School Student Membership Package!

Bicycle NSW has launched a new membership package for schools – offering students a specially tailored suite of Bicycle NSW member benefits into an affordable, easy to access package for students (under 18 years of age).

Students at participating schools can receive all the benefits of Bicycle NSW membership (including public liability insurance and personal accident insurance) for $15 (not including Australian Cyclist magazine) or $35 (including Australian Cyclist magazine).

NRMA Gold Medal Challenge

National Ride2School Day 2010

Wednesday March 17th 2010 was National Ride2School Day. Over 1200 school across Australia took part in Australia's largest active event for students. In NSW almost 500 schools hosted an event to encourage thier school community to ride, walk, scooter or skate all or part of the school journey. Sydney Olympic Park Event

The Sydney Olympic Park event will be held on Saturday 6th November starting at 9.30am. The ride will explore the Sydney Olympic Park area, starting and finishing at the Overflow Park (close to Olympic Park Station). Click here to download the consent form.
