Cycle Training
Employers may choose to offer cycle training to their staff.

Bicycle NSW currently have a training course called GearUp Staff which goes for 1 hour during your lunch break at a cost of $44 per person (not including food and drink).

Get Healthy Coaching
The Get Healthy Service provides information on how to Get Healthy in relation to:

Healthy eating
Being active
Achieving and maintaining a healthy weight

Participants of the Get Healthy Service will receive up to 10 telephone based coaching calls over six months. A personal Get Healthy Coach will assist in:

Developing personal health goals
Creating action plans
Maintaining motivation
Identifying problem areas
Creating solutions for successful lifestyle change.

The Get Healthy Coach will ring participants at times that are suitable for them and participants can also access this website to get tips and use daily logs and other tools to keep an eye on their progress.
