Role of the Board
To ensure that Bicycle NSW is well managed without the Board itself becoming involved in the operations of the organisation except as required by legislation or as a consequence of exceptional circumstances. For more detail please download the summary document Role of the Board

Responsibilities of the Board
One of the key ways which the Board discharges its responsibility to the organization under the constitution is by regulation. To assist in the delivery of transparent governance frameworks full copies of all regulations currently in place are available from the Constitution and Regulation page of our website.
