Bicycle NSW Constitution & Regulation

The Board of Bicycle NSW represents the ownership (i.e. members) of Bicycle NSW, just as a business board represents its shareholders. The Board acts in accordance with the rules of Bicycle NSW as set out in the Constitution and via the associated Regulations (per Rule 15c of the constitution).  Copies of these documents are available for download below.
