Annual General Meeting
Bicycle NSW AGM 2010
Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of Bicycle NSW is to be held at 6.00pm on Wednesday 10 November 2010 (location to be confirmed) to consider the following items of business:
1. Confirming the minutes of the last preceding annual general meeting.
2. Receiving reports from the Board on activities of Bicycle NSW during the last preceding financial year.
3. Electing certain ordinary members of the board
4. Receiving and considering the statement which must be submitted to members pursuant to section 26(6) of the Associations Incorporation Act 1984.
Online and Proxy Voting
Online and Proxy voting will open soon after Board nominations close on the 14th September 2010. Details (including proxy forms) will be available on this page closer to the date of the AGM.
Members who have any questions they would like to put on notice to the Board to respond to at the AGM are asked to please email these to the Bicycle NSW President Jenny Burn president@bicyclensw.org.au
