Thank you to all our members who attended the 2011 AGM in person and to those who voted on line or who submitted a proxy vote. The strength of community organisations like ours is based on member participation so it is always encouraging to see people getting involved.
9 nominations were received for the 2 Board vacancies to be filled by election and the minutes of the meeting and the results of the vote are available for download below. Profiles of all Board members appear on the Board Information page of this website.
In addition, at the AGM members were asked to consider and vote on four special resolutions relating to changes to our constitution. Resolution 4 was carried with a greater than 75% majority in favour and resolutions 1-3 were not carried. Details of the results of the vote, the new constitution, a copy of the 2010/2011 Audited Financial Statements and minutes from the 2011 AGM are available for download below.
