"Do you live in the No Excuse Zone?"
"At EDAW where I work, we have mapped a zone around the Sydney CBD to show how far you can ride your bike in just half an hour!
But the No Excuse Zone can apply wherever you work, not just the city.

So get organised and enjoy the benefits of cycling to work!"

"I have been a commuting cyclist for over 30 years. I started as an Aussie in London cycling from my concieres job in Chelsea to the Polytechnic of Central London where I was doing a Town Planning diploma."

"I cycled all over London on field trips and general adventure. In Sydney I have commuted from Bronte into the city, some 9 km to my job as an urban and environmental consultant morphed into sustainability guru with Maunsell: AECOM.I've cycled every day, all weather, including to site meetings and board briefings. I love it. Its my transport and exercise in one."
