2009 AGM Report

Thank you to all our members who attended the 2009 AGM in person and to those who voted on line or who submitted a proxy vote. The strength of community organizations like ours is based on member participation so it is always encouraging to see people getting involved.

5 nominations were received for the 4 Board vacancies to be filled by election and the minutes of the meeting and the results of the vote are available for download below. Profiles of all Board members appear on the Board Information page of this website, so please go and take a look!

In addition at the AGM members were asked to consider and vote on 3 special resolutions relating to changes to our constitution. Each of the 3 resolutions was carried with a greater than 75% majority in favour. Full details of the results of the vote, the new constitution, a copy of the 2008/2009 Audited Financial Statements and minutes from the 2009 AGM are available for download below.
