Bicycle NSW Board
If any members of Bicycle NSW have questions to be addressed specifically by the Board of Bicycle NSW, consistent with the Board’s role and areas of responsibility, (see below) these may emailed direct to the secretary for tabling at the next Board meeting as appropriate. The 9 members of the Bicycle NSW Board are elected for terms of 2 years by Bicycle NSW members at the Annual General Meeting. At the end of their 2 year term members may stand for re election. Board office-bearers are elected each year at the AGM. This year there will be three board places up for election. Details of the 2007/2008 Board are available in their profiles. Role of the Board To ensure that Bicycle NSW is well managed without the Board itself becoming involved in the operations of the organization except as required by legislation or as a consequence of exceptional circumstances.
